CFA PROGRAM

The CFA® charter is the most prestigious designation in the field of Finance. It is globally recognized standard for measuring the competence and integrity of Financial Analysts, Portfolio Managers and Finance Professionals. To obtain the CFA® charter, CFA Institute has set different requirements. One is that candidates have to pass three exams referred to as levels I, II, and III. Candidates are admitted to take the next level exam after passing the previous level exam.

The CFA Program with its three levels of examination verifies a candidate’s ability to apply investment principles across all areas of the investment decision-making process. Also, the program’s professional conduct requirements demand that both CFA candidates and charter-holders adhere to the highest standards of ethical responsibility.

In the competitive, rapidly evolving profession of investment management, few achievements will say more about CFA Institute (formerly AIMR) commitment to knowledge and high ethical standards than earning the CFA charter. Employers who understand the dedication that the CFA Program requires often make the CFA charter an eligibility requirement for senior-level positions and frequently are willing to pay for their employees to participate in the program. Many investors include the CFA charter in the criteria they use to select the firms and individuals who manage their financial assets.

  REGULAR COURSES CONTINUED

All seminars are interactive where candidates can participate, raise questions and get the necessary explanations. Instructors get frequent feedback about how prepared the candidates are by conducting in class exams based on previous CFA® exam questions, followed by corrections of the exams in class.

After passing 18-20 weeks of successive lectures, time comes to compile all the sessions in a full and intensive review sessions. This three-day program, which takes place 4 weeks just prior to the exam, is the perfect compliment to our five months long preparation course. Participants invest long hours reviewing complex problems in the critical areas of Accounting, Derivatives, Asset Valuation, Portfolio Management, and Fixed Income. New CFA Institute Study Session information is incorporated in this program, and attendees spend considerable time attempting and reviewing problems associated with specific CFA Institute learning outcome statements required for the CFA® examination. Attendees sharpen their focus on key exam components as well as topical subtleties that may have eluded them since the early weeks of preparation. Sessions devote considerable time to reviewing problem solving techniques, insights, important formulas and other need-to-know material. Moreover, participants experience the simulated, pressure-oriented exam conditions (mock exam) that will help mentally prepare them and improve their confidence in the final days before the actual exam.
